This piece I did to continue my studies on lighting the nude figure. It's a pretty simple set-up of only 2 lights: one key and one fill. Oh and just a touch of bounce light from the environment. Sometimes you really do not need more than just that.

I also took the opportunity to practice painting hair. So the hair was all painted in photoshop over a simple 3D base that I built with NURBS in maya and sculpted quickly to catch the actual lighting in the scene.
