This image I did as a birthday present for my friend Patricia who is adept fan of Moulin Rouge and the green fairy.

Originally, I had decided to make the green fairy character in the glass passed out just for kicks... but since it was my friend's birthday and all, I thought it would be better to make her the green fairy.

So I used photoshop to composit her face into the picture and I gave her a new hairdo, which is hand painted.
